What is the consulting process?

1. Discovery - The first step for any consultant is the discovery phase, where the goal is to learn about who or what you represent and the purpose of your product or service. 2. Evaluation - Once the business consultant has developed an in-depth understanding, they enter the evaluation phase to identify where change is needed. This phase includes identifying your brand's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and current and foreseeable problems.


3. Implementation - Once your business and the consultant agree on a plan, the consultant should enter the third phase: the restructuring stage or implementation of the plan. In this phase, the consultant builds on your assets and eliminates liabilities. They also monitor the plan's progress and adjust it as needed.

How much money will I spend for consulting?

Consulting is a specialized, professional service. You benefit from having an expert in their field and collective experience. The real question is, how much would it cost your business if you didn't hire a consultant? 


But, to plan and budget, the average rate is $100 per consulting session or $500+ supporting your project SOW. A project may take a single session or a planned schedule with phases, deliverables, and deadlines from weeks to months. Additionally, many consultants offer support services called a "Retainer" to have them readily available to you and your team as a continued relationship to receive guidance as needed.
